CCA Heartland Pastors' & Leaders' Conference

Towards the Prize
SEP13
SEP15

Forgetting what is behind. Reaching for what is ahead.

September 13–15, 2026

I press toward the goal for the prize

Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 3:13–14 · NKJV

Ministry has a way of tethering us to what is behind — the season that did not go the way we hoped, the criticism we cannot unhear, the version of ourselves we keep apologising for. Paul refuses all of it. Not because the past did not happen, but because something ahead is worth more than the weight of it.

Three days together in the Heartland: teaching, worship, prayer, and the company of people who know exactly what the work costs.

Questions

Who is this conference for?

Pastors, pastors' wives, and church leaders across the CCA Heartland Region. If you serve in ministry in any capacity, you belong here.

What does it cost, and what's included?

$100 per adult, or $75 with a free conference T-shirt if you register by August 13. Children 4 years through 6th grade and nursery care for infants through age 3 are free. Registration includes continental breakfast each morning, lunch and dinner on Monday, and coffee and snacks throughout.

What if the cost is a barrier?

We've set aside funds so your whole ministry team can come. Use the code SCHOLARSHIP at checkout — it's on the honour system, and no one will ask you about it.

When should I arrive?

Check-in opens at 5:00 PM on Sunday and the first session begins at 7:00 PM. The conference wraps up by noon on Tuesday.

Can I bring my children?

Yes — children's ministry is available, and there's no additional cost. Please register each child so we have their name, birthdate, emergency contact, and any food allergies or medical needs on file.

Can I bring my spouse?

Absolutely. The conference is for pastors, pastors' wives, and church leaders together. Register each person attending.

Where should I stay?

There are several hotels within a short drive of Grace Calvary Chapel — see the list under Plan Your Visit for names, phone numbers, and directions.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds are available through August 13. After that date we're unable to offer refunds.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. Sessions are posted to the Sessions page during and after the conference, so you can share them with your team or catch anything you missed.
